Audit is a continuous engagement. We cannot define a timeline for compliance.

We charge our clients for audit engagements based on a standard price defined as per the number of person-days spent.

It is not mandatory for a private company to appoint an internal auditor unless mandated by the Companies Act based on its turnover and other criteria.
