Every business having sales of over Rs.50 Crs for FY 2018-19 shall mandatorily provide Rupay debit card, BHIM-UPI, UPI-QR code payment facilities from 1st Jan 2020. Non-compliance attracts penalty of Rs. 5,000 per day.
